The essence of a simplified lifestyle

Doesn’t matter if you are at the top of the ladder or just a regular Joe, at the end of the day it’s all the same.
Some people ask, what is a minimalist life, what is minimalism, simplicity, and so on. There are many definitions. For us, it’s just four words: back to the beginning.
What is the beginning? This can be explained from many angles. From the perspective of spirituality, it is the original self of a person, the original, unadulterated. In material terms, it means having only those things we really need.
Putting the two together may be the best definition of what minimalism and simplicity embodies. And when it is practiced, it becomes a way of life and a way of thinking.
So it doesn’t matter if you are looking for minimalism, simplicity, or just a leaner way of life, these are just a differences along the same spectrum. The concept is the same—simplicity is a kind of beauty, which can achieve cleanliness, tranquility, and order of a given space, and even has great benefits for physical and mental health.
To conclude, these ideas are not some high-level abstract art form, but a practical way of living and organizing everyone’s life.
